High Season Socials
A seasonal, lower-lift social content retainer for travel brands and properties that want to stay top of mind this summer without committing to a full-size retainer.
What’s Included Each Month
One Strategy Call
Every month, we start with a focused 60‑minute strategy call to look at what’s actually happening on your property that month — not just what looks good on a content calendar. We’ll map out key promos, events, room types, menu updates, and “must‑book” moments so the content we create lines up with your real revenue priorities.
By the end of each call, you’ll have a clear plan: what we’re highlighting, which dates matter most, and how your content will support bookings and reservations across the month. This isn’t a vague brainstorming session; it’s where we translate your goals (more weekend stays, more bar covers, more event inquiries) into a simple, seasonal story we can execute on social.
One On-Site Content Day
Once we know exactly what we’re selling, we come on‑site for a dedicated 3–4 hour shoot day to capture it. Think: sunlight on your rooms, your team in motion, the way your cocktails catch the light at golden hour, the details that make people say, “Wait, where is this?”
Because we arrive with a shot list already tied to your offers, we’re not wandering around hoping for good photos — we’re efficiently capturing purposeful visuals you can use all month. This is a leaner version of our full Content Engine shoot days, designed to minimize disruption for your staff while still giving you a bank of editorial-quality images and short-form video that actually look like your property on its best day.
8-10 Social Posts
From each shoot, we craft 8–10 strategic social posts per month — a mix of short form videos and static carousels — tailored to how guests actually discover and choose places to stay, dine, and drink now. Each piece comes with done‑for‑you captions that highlight the right details, handle the storytelling for you, and subtly prompt people to book, reserve, or inquire.
Instead of “pretty but passive” content, you’ll have a steady flow of posts built for hospitality: showcasing your rooms, menus, and experiences in a way that makes people save, share, and ultimately take action. You can post them as‑is or layer them into your broader marketing — but either way, you’re no longer scrambling for last‑minute content when a new offer goes live or a busy weekend hits.

To answer your questions..
How is High Season Socials different from your regular retainers?
High Season Socials is a 3‑month, summer‑only edit of our larger content engine: same level of strategy, creative direction, and on‑site production, focused on the specific months where occupancy and reservations matter most. It’s designed as a lower‑lift, lower‑commitment way to step into working together before expanding into a full‑size retainer.
Do you handle posting and community management, or is this content‑only?
High Season Socials is primarily a content‑first partnership: we handle strategy, shoot, and edit, and your team posts using the assets and caption guidance we provide. If you’d like light social management layered in for the season, mention that in your inquiry and we’ll let you know what that looks like.
Can this work if we’re not in the Bay Area?
Yes. She’s Out of Town is based in California but works with hospitality brands in multiple cities; travel can be built into your proposal when we scope dates and locations. If you’re outside driving distance, we’ll factor travel into the investment so you still get an on‑site, story‑led content day that feels true to your guest experience.
How far in advance should we book?
Because this is a seasonal offer with on‑site days, we recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks before your true high season kicks in, so we can lock dates and build your content calendar. If your timeline is tighter, still inquire—we’ll let you know what’s realistically possible with your dates.
