About the Founder

Hi, I’m Danica Janae—a storyteller, content creator, and visual marketer committed to helping brands expand their reach and leave a meaningful mark. My lifelong passion for travel inspires everything I do, shaping my work as a content creator, blogger, and influencer.

I spent my childhood in the Philippines, traveling solo between Manila and Los Angeles. Those early days abroad opened my eyes to the transformative power of travel. It led to me booking many one-way tickets multiple countries in my early twenties, braving the unknown, and welcoming each chapter that would inevitably shape who I am.

Along the way, I found my passion for storytelling: capturing emotion through photography, cinematic video, and intentional writing. These experiences inspire everything I create at She’s Out of Town, blending global perspective with a deep love for hospitality and connection.

After four years growing By Nica Lina and collaborating with brands I genuinely believe in, I wanted to do even more. That dream led to She’s Out of Town—a San Francisco based marketing agency where I help travel and hospitality brands thrive through innovative marketing strategies that break away from the ordinary.
